Hayley Jarnagin is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education. She graduated from Elizabethton High School in 2017 and played the clarinet in the Betsy Band while winning two marching band state championships. Starting B&C Music was a way for Hayley to pursue her passion of teaching music to those in her community who may not have a way to learn otherwise. Apart from B&C, she has worked with band students at schools throughout the tri cities. When she is not teaching music, she likes to spend time with her family and her dogs and horses.
